Get permission beyond copyright

To get more permission to redistibute, edit, or sell email us at gtasandmc@hotmail.com and make sure the subject is titled "Extra Permissions". There is NO garuntee that extra permissions will be granted. Extra permissions will ONLY be granted under certain curcumstances!
